Cincinnati Reds Week 5 Pitching Report

The Reds entered Week 5 continuing their 11 day 10 game road trip and having an end of the roadtrip in Chicago against the White Sox in interleague play. The Reds went even in Week 5 at 3-3 and have done a random thing in this 2015 season by going 4-1-1 in series against teams that is not named with the first letter “C”. The Pirates, Brewers, Braves and White Sox have been the six series the Reds have fared well against non-C opponents while they’re 0-4 against those C opponents in the Cardinals and Cubs. Reds will face the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants in a 7 game home stand in Week 6 and will need to win out the week to keep up at that 3 out of 5 win cycle.
